There is so much to be given by vets who serve their country honorably. There are thousands of veterans who are unable to receive training and stipends under the Comprehensive Assistance for Family Caregivers program, which is limited to post-9/11 veterans. Progress was made this may in both the house and senate when the bill that included the expansion passed in may, but the senate and White House are gridlocked in how to pay for it.
