The Pentagons recent actions regarding sexual assault within the armed forces has many quite upset. Investigators are finding that many of these sexual reports are going unrestricted and these victims prosecution preferences are not being taken into consideration. Many victims often choose to be in civilian courts and to be away from fellow service members.
